Fresh celery with ground beef 西芹牛肉末

15mins maximum to finish. Health and fast food after a tired work day.  Mixed with rice or noodles, any creative way you like would not go wrong on this dish. The following ingredients are 2 peoples serving size. In this dish I used Szechuan chili bean paste to bring the spicy flavor and of course you can use other spicy sauce like Siracha sauce to replace mine.

最多15分钟就能搞定的快捷菜。绝对是一天疲劳工作后的方便健康餐。用来拌饭吃,或者和着面条吃各种混搭都不会出错的万能款。下面的食材是2人份的量,请亲的们自己调节一下量。另外做这道菜我用的是“四川豆瓣酱”,如果你手头上没有也没太大关系,用普通辣酱代替就行。还有一点,用中国的旱芹(就是国内的普通细芹菜)味道更好哦。



Ingredients ( 2 serving size ): 0.6 LB ground beef, half bunch of celery, one egg, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1.5 tbsp Szechuan chili bean paste (or other chili paste), 1/8 ground Szechuan peppercorn (or regular ground peppercorn), 1tbsp finely chopped ginger, 1 glove of garlic minced, 1 tbsp oil, 1/8 tsp sesame oil
食材(2人份):0.6磅牛肉糜(约500克),半捆西芹,1只鸡蛋,2汤匙酱油,1/2汤匙米醋,1.5汤匙四川豆瓣酱(或其它任何辣酱),1/8花椒粉(或胡椒粉),1汤匙碎姜,1瓣蒜切碎,1汤匙食用油,1/8茶匙芝麻油

Instructions 步骤:
1: Chop celery finely like the picture below. Add the egg to ground beef and mix very well.
1:将芹菜切碎切细,如下图。将鸡蛋打入牛肉糜中,混合均匀。



2: Heat up oil and sesame oil on medium for 10 seconds. Add ginger, garlic and chili paste very carefully into the oil and stir quickly for 30 seconds.  Watch out the splash oil. Add ground beef stirring until its all cooked.
2:中火热油10秒钟。非常小心地加入碎姜,蒜和豆瓣酱后快速翻炒30秒,小心溅油。再加入牛肉快速翻炒至牛肉全熟。


3: When beef is done like the picture above, add celery and mixing very well. Add soy sauce, ground peppercorn, vinegar and stir  for 3mins. Done!
3:当牛肉如上图全熟时,加入芹菜,酱油,醋,花椒粉翻炒3分钟。完工啦!
